Our client is a regional Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy based in Leeds. They have secured several long-term projects and are seeking a Chartered or Senior Civil/Highways and Drainage Engineer to join their team. This role involves mentoring staff, managing projects, and working closely with Directors and Senior Management.
This position offers a fast track route to Directorship and is ideal for a driven engineer eager to influence company growth. Responsibilities include producing designs and drawings for civil and highway schemes from concept to completion, coordinating S, S38 applications, writing reports, liaising with clients, and managing project budgets and technical submissions.
The company provides excellent career progression opportunities, autonomy in scheme management, and values staff development, with many Senior Engineers having started at Graduate level.
