If you enjoy complex B2B sales and want to work with equipment that truly matters, this role puts you at the centre of selling mission-critical communication technology used across defence, emergency services, utilities, logistics and marine. Fast-track progression to Head of Sales (9–12 months)
~ Established 30-year brand with global dealer/distributor network
~ Office-based role with full visibility and impact
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, closing, account development
Grow commercial partnerships across high-stakes sectors
Explain technical detail clearly and build long-term commercial trust
Support and mentor the sales team as you prepare to step into leadership
Strong B2B product sales experience (technical/hardware ideal)
Confidence in high-volume, phone-based international sales
Experience mentoring or supporting a sales team
Comfortable being 100% office-based in Borehamwood/NW London
