As a Team Leader at Avocet Court Care Home, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and supporting our care team who are passionate about delivering making moments for our residents and providing high-quality care.

About the role:
As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in care delivery within the home. Your support helps us ensure the highest standards of care are achieved in all areas.

Salary: £13.07 per hour.
Shift Pattern: 45 hours per week, with 12.25-hour shifts on a rota basis from Monday to Sunday.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Provide leadership and direction to the care team during your shift.
2. Motivate and inspire the team to deliver exceptional care outcomes.
3. Manage supervision, appraisals, and performance reviews, celebrating individual achievements and supporting team development.
4. Carry out clinical care duties, including monitoring blood pressure, pulse, respiration rate, temperature, blood oxygen levels, and urine output.
Training, Skills & Experience Required:
1. A genuine passion for care, prioritizing residents’ needs.
2. Experience in a senior care role.
3. NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
4. Proven leadership skills in supporting and motivating a team.
