Unlike many entry-level sales roles, this position won’t involve cold calling; you’ll be contacting companies that are already paying for services.
The Role
As Client Success Executive, you'll be responsible for introducing yourself to current customers, building relationships, and introducing new service lines.
Responsibilities Will Include
* Outreach – Contact current customers.
* Building Relationships – Be the face of the business and build long-lasting relationships.
* Research – Conduct due diligence and background research into each business to maximise impact when reaching out.
* Becoming an Expert – Stay up to date with new products and releases to remain credible with customers.
