Candidate Profile
* Retail management experience, preferably in a multi-site environment
* Proven ability to meet budget, revenue, cost, profit targets, and KPIs
* Outstanding leadership skills with a focus on team building and organizational strength
* Commitment to maintaining high standards of presentation and customer service
