Karntek Ltd, located in Stafford, is a specialist fire safety consultancy. The company is going through an exciting period of growth and is now looking for a Client Support Executive to join the team.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientated Client Support Executive to join our busy sales team. This role plays a vital part in supporting the Sales Team and ensuring the smooth running of our sales operations. The successful candidate will be highly organised, an excellent communicator, and confident in providing a high standard of administrative and client support.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and issue quotations on behalf of the Sales Team
* Accurately input and process sales orders
* Liaise with clients regarding quotations, orders and general enquiries
* Keep the sales and performance statistics up to date
* Compile weekly figures for the sales meeting
* Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed
* Assist in handling client queries and manage email correspondence professionally
* Coordinate with relevant colleagues to support in tracking quote progress during sales team absences
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including quotation conversions and follow-up activities
* Work closely with the scheduling team to ensure a smooth handover of job details, providing all necessary information for external assessors
Requirements
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across teams
* Keen attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
* Previous experience in a sales support role is preferable but not essential

* Basic Salary £28,000 - £32,000 DOE
