Experience, Qualifications & Training:
* HNC/HND or Degree Level in Construction preferred
* Highly numerate with a good understanding of current construction rates
* A strong capability in the use of Microsoft Office suite of applications which xsngvjr includes Word, Excel and Estimating Sof
