Job Title: MEP Revit Technician \n Location: London (Hybrid Working) \n Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum \n \n A leading building services consultancy in London is seeking an experienced MEP Revit Technician to join its dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and detail-oriented individual looking to further their career within a forward-thinking environment that values innovation, collaboration, and flexibility. \n \n Key Responsibilities: \n * Produce high-quality coordinated MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health) drawings and models using Revit.
\n * Work closely with engineers and design teams to develop detailed 3D BIM models for a wide range of building projects. \n * Ensure that all drawings and models are delivered to company and industry standards, including BIM Level 2 compliance. \n * Assist in the development and maintenance of BIM content and Revit families.
\n * Attend design team meetings and coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors. \n * Support the implementation of BIM processes and workflows across projects. \n * Maintain project documentation and ensure accurate revision control.
\n \n Requirements: \n * A minimum of 2 years' experience using Revit MEP within a consultancy or contractor environment. \n * Strong understanding of building services engineering (mechanical, electrical, and public health). \n * Knowledge of current UK building regulations and industry standards.
\n * Proficient in AutoCAD is desirable. \n * Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team. \n * Strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
