What You'll Be Doing: As Registered Manager, you'll be the heart of the home - supporting your team, guiding practice, and making sure every child receives the high-quality, personalised care they deserve. ✔ Leading your team to deliver exceptional, trauma-informed care ✔ Creating a safe, supportive and homely environment for children to grow and thrive ✔ Ensuring full compliance with Ofsted and care regulations ✔ Building strong relationships with professionals to support young people in crisis ✔ Promoting positive behaviour, resilience, and independence ✔ Managing resources and day-to-day operations efficiently and with purpose ✔ Championing open, effective communication across the board What We're Looking For: You're not just a manager - you're a role model, mentor, and motivator. Ideally, you'll bring: A minimum Level 3 qualification in a childcare-related field A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership (or willingness to complete within 2 years) 2 years' experience in children's residential care (within the last 5 years) At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role A strong understanding of the needs of children with EBD and trauma histories A passion for championing young people's voices and potential Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) What's in It for You: We believe great managers deserve great support and rewards.
