They are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual with a minimum of two years of general forwarding experience to contribute to their busy import LCL department. Job Requirements: Proficiency in English is needed. Leadership skills are also beneficial. Dedicated individuals who take responsibility for completing challenging tasks. A minimum of two years of experience in general forwarding is required. Job Responsibilities: Coordinating import bookings for air, sea, and road shipments. Communicating with overseas offices and partners. Managing files from start to finish. Handling sales and purchase transactions. Preparing quotes for UK clients on LCL shipments. Providing quotes and managing shipments for multiple FBA (Amazon) clients. Recording new client bookings and pricing details in shared drives. Overseeing and maintaining key accounts. Generating invoices. Managing accounts for direct clients. Resolving customer queries and complaints promptly and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
