Key Responsibilities Strategic Sourcing across direct and indirect categories (IT, consumables, materials, etc.). Lead and support automation initiatives and AI tool adoption (e.g. Microsoft Copilot). Manage and support major group contracts, ensuring supplier performance and value delivery. Engage stakeholders across operating companies, encouraging alignment with group deals. Deliver market intelligence to inform sourcing strategies and innovation efforts. What We're Looking For Experience in buying, procurement, supply chain, or commercial roles. Analytical mindset with a drive for process improvement and digital transformation. Strong interpersonal skills; able to influence without direct authority. Proactive self-starter who thrives in a non-hierarchical, fast-paced environment.
