Description
The Corporate Solicitor will deal with a range of work including;
* Delivering high-quality legal advice on corporate matters to clients.
* Working on a range of deals including PE and M & A transactions.
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of corporate documents and agreements.
* Working with senior team members on larger deals
* Advising a range of clients including PE houses and funds
Profile
The successful Corporate Solicitor should have / be;
* A Solicitor likely to be between 1-3 years PQE
* Experience in handling a range of corporate legal matters.
* Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
* Strong academics
* Ties to Leeds
* An interest to work for a large Corporate team in a national law firm.
* Strong client management skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Job Offer
