We're working with a specialist US-focused tech recruitment firm with a strong London presence, known for partnering with some of the most innovative software and AI companies across North America.
They’re an established boutique with more than a decade in international tech hiring, and they’re now entering a major growth phase as they upscale their US operation following several significant new partnerships.
They’ve recently secured one of their highest-value US software clients to date — and are now looking for a Team Leader/Manager to take ownership of their US Software & AI function.

What you’ll need
🔸 Strong background in Software / Tech recruitment (US experience a bonus)
🔸 Senior, Principal, or Manager-level experience running a 360 desk
🔸 Proven billings and an ability to grow accounts
🔸 Team leadership skills, or the ambition to step into that responsibility
🔸 Drive to build and own a high-growth US-focused division
