Register and interview candidates, conduct background checks, and match them with job opportunities. Prepare and promote candidates for interviews, ensuring vacancies are filled promptly. Key Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, offering exceptional service and advice. Network and build relationships with clients to drive sales.
