Assistant Site Manager - Construction - Freelance

Your new role
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will assist in managing the development of the site through to completion, ensuring that Programme, Quality, and Cost targets are achieved in accordance with the build programme. This will be done through effective management of the Site team and subcontractors.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Supporting the Site Manager in coordinating trades, direct labour, and materials to meet the production programme.
2. Working with the Sales Team to ensure attendance at regular Sales/Build meetings, adherence to procedures, and inspections of show homes.
3. Assuming responsibilities as determined by the Site Manager, including deputising when required.
4. Ensuring the construction team is well-resourced, supported, and clear on their responsibilities, with effective communication, training, and workload organization.
5. Delivering excellent customer service in line with company guidelines.
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous experience in a similar role working on residential schemes.
* CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications.
