Candidate Requirements
We are seeking professionals who meet the following criteria:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or possess a relevant UK teaching qualification.
* Demonstrate familiarity with the National Curriculum and recent experience in a UK secondary school setting.
* Hold (or be willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS check through Textbook Teachers.
* Ability to adapt lessons to suit the varied needs of students, including both high-achieving and those requiring additional support.
* Capable of setting clear expectations and maintaining classroom consistency.
* Skilled in establishing structured routines that foster engagement, respect, and a focused learning environment.
* Empathetic, patient, and genuinely committed to student development and well-being.
