Responsibilities
* Daily organisation of the office
* Liaise with customers, suppliers and colleagues
* Maintain accurate records and log enquiries
* Schedule appointments and manage engineer schedules
* Provide general administrative support and assist with wider office tasks
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office‑based position
* Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise and manage workload
* Good computer literacy and confidence using office systems
* Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
Additional Information
* Ongoing, temp‑to‑perm position
* Monday to Friday, 08:00‑16:30
* Pay £14.00 per hour
* Holiday accrued up to 28 days per year, pro rata
* We do not accept visa sponsorship
* Location: Hinckley
