Experienced Care Assistant
£500 Joining Bonus*
Pay: £14.50-£15.50 per hour + mileage.
Hours: Average monthly guaranteed hours for full‑time or part‑time. Working times are between 07:00 and 22:00.
We are seeking experienced, dependable Care Assistants to join a well‑established, premium domiciliary care service covering Worthing and nearby areas. Ideal for carers who want to focus on person‑led support rather than task‑focused visits, you will have the time and consistency to build genuine relationships and provide high‑quality care.

Your role
You will support individuals to remain safe and independent in their own homes. Responsibilities may include:
* Delivering personalised care based on individual needs and preferences
* Assisting with personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting
* Supporting with meals, medication and daily routines
* Providing companionship and emotional reassurance
* Carrying out light household duties to maintain a safe environment
* Observing and reporting changes in wellbeing
About you
* Previous experience in a care setting is essential
* A caring and respectful approach
* Dependable and professional in your work
* Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship offered)
* Ability to work alternate weekends
* Flexibility to cover a mix of early, evening and split shifts
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
*To be eligible for the £500 signing‑on bonus, you must have availability to suit the branch's needs and be able to work at least 15 hours a week. The joining bonus will be paid in two stages: £250 upon successful completion of training and shadowing, £250 upon successful completion of probation.
