Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement brand marketing frameworks.
* Craft and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns (creative, messaging, communications, and point of sale).
* Monitor marketing trends and analyze competitive products in the marketplace.
* Maintain and enhance brand tone of voice and positioning.
* Serve as the key marketing contact for cross-functional teams.
* Lead the marketing go-to-market (GTM) process and support new product launches.
* Plan and execute brand and channel campaigns.
* Ensure alignment with the overall marketing strategy while collaborating with the wider team.
* Manage brand marketing reporting, tracking KPIs within established frameworks.
Requirements:
* In-depth knowledge of marketing, including advertising, market research, consumer behavior, and marketing analytics.
* 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Experience working for a sports or clothing brand is preferred.
* Self-motivated, positive, and a problem solver.
* Strong ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships.
* Proven track record of executing 360-degree marketing campaigns.
* Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
