Sales Negotiator / Sales Associate
About the Role
We are seeking a driven Sales Negotiator to take full ownership of in-house residential sales, driving reservations and completions across our Birmingham city centre developments. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with buyers while reducing reliance on external agents.
Package & Benefits
* Base Salary: £27,000
* Commission: Per Unit
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop our buyer database including first-time buyers, investors, and local purchasers
* Conduct viewings, handle enquiries, and negotiate offers directly with clients
* Progress sales through to exchange and completion, coordinating with solicitors and agents
* Support the marketing team in promoting new launches, open house events, and coffee mornings
* Liaise with third-party agents (UK & overseas) where required, ensuring effective collaboration
* Maintain CRM records and provide regular reporting to senior management
Working Environment
* Location: Office-based in Solihull with travel to Birmingham city centre sites
* Hours: 8:30am - 5:00/5:30pm, Monday to Friday
* Weekend work: Availability required for Saturday viewings/events as needed
What We're Looking For
Experience Required:
* 2-4 years' experience in property sales or new homes (estate agency background ideal)
* Proven ability to deliver results independently
* Strong understanding of sales progression, CRM systems, and client management

* Technically competent (comfortable using Salesforce/Excel)
