Responsibilities of an Accounts Manager:
* Preparation of annual accounts, business and personal tax
* Identifying any tax issues for example P11D, S455 tax, VAT implications etc
* Providing support/cover and assistance for subordinates when required, Responsibility to undertake all jobs of subordinates.
* Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of outputs to either clients or senior/managers.
* Reviewing the work of junior members of staff and record feedback
* Scheduling and allocating work to subordinates and providing technical assistance where required.
What we are looking for in an Accounts Manager:
* ICAS/ACCA or Qualified by experience
* At least 5 + years’ experience in UK Practice
* Experience dealing with own portfolio and overseeing/managing junior members of staff.
