As a Care Service Employee – Lifestyle, you will work as part of a team to support the meaningful engagement of people living in BaptistCare residential communities. You will help develop and implement individual and group activities that reflect the wishes, goals, and preferences of our residents, directly supporting a positive quality of life. About You: Demonstrate empathetic communication skills Basic technology/computer skills and willingness to take part in ongoing education Demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare’s Christian identity and promote the organisation’s values through interactions at work Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or related qualification or willing to attain (desired) Current First Aid certificate Hold a current drivers license If you are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of people and meet the above requirements, we would love to hear from you!
