1. Position: Technical Support Engineer
2. Salary: £35,000 – £40,000
3. Location: Horsham (must drive)
4. Hours: Monday – Friday

We are seeking a proactive and technically strong Technical Support Engineer to join a small, specialist team supporting global conferencing and communication solutions.
This is a hands-on support role, focused on troubleshooting, testing, and configuration not field installation supporting customers and partners worldwide.
Technical Support Engineer responsibilities:
6. Manage the technical support helpdesk, handling phone and email queries from global customers
7. Provide engineering-level technical support, going beyond basic call handling
8. Diagnose and resolve issues across audio, video conferencing, and VoIP systems
9. Carry out system testing, configuration, and fault finding
10. Support live conferencing environments and real-time troubleshooting
11. Work closely with internal engineers and management to resolve complex issues
12. Deliver technical training to new suppliers and distribution partners
13. Maintain accurate records of issues, resolutions, and configurations
Skills & experience required:
14. Experience in a technical support / service engineer role
15. HNC / HND (or equivalent) in Engineering, IT, or Telecommunications (preferred)
16. Strong troubleshooting ability across VoIP, AV, or networking technologies
17. Confident supporting customers via phone and email in a fast-paced environment
18. Proactive, patient, and detail-oriented approach
19. Ability to work independently as a key member of a small technical team
