Regional Director Leeds – Co-op Academies Trust. Salary: £157,997 to £168,969 plus significant additional benefits. Contract: Permanent. Location: Nearest Trust Headquarters. Responsibilities
* Lead, manage and work alongside Executive Headteachers, Headteachers, Academy Community Councils and the Trust’s educational partners to drive forward educational progress.
* Lead the Hub support team in the region and act as ambassador for the Trust and cooperative values and principles.
* Be a regional leader of six schools: one secondary, four primary and one all‑through special school in the LS9 and LS8 postcodes; contribute as a member of the central senior leadership team.
* Collaborate with regional and Trust-wide stakeholders to drive improvement and progress in daily operations.
* Report to the Trust’s CEO and provide timely, well‑considered advice and guidance to the Trust Board.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Outstanding proven track record of school leadership and school improvement.
* Ability to drive improvement in diverse and challenging communities with a positive, proactive approach.

Salary and Benefits
Salary: £157,997 to £168,969 plus significant additional benefits. Benefits include: 31 days annual leave plus bank holidays, Local Government Pension Scheme or Teachers Pension Scheme (subject to eligibility), and a wide range of Co-op benefits.
