Our Tesco colleague pay starts from £12.64 an hour; this increases to £13.85 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location and skills.

In this role, you’ll tackle a range of tasks in store—from serving customers and stocking shelves to picking orders for home delivery. Responsibilities
* You’ll help deliver Christmas cheer for households across the nation.
* You’ll provide support in store during the busy festive period.
* You could be stocking shelves and ensuring products are where they need to be.
* You could be serving customers and putting together orders for our Click and Collect service.
* Whatever the task, you’ll take pride in making sure that customers get a brilliant experience.

* A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride
* Ability to build rapport with customers and ensure they leave with a positive shopping experience
* Ability to take initiative and make decisions that are right for our customers
* Work well within a team and communicate openly with others

Flexibility and hours
We are happy to support flexibility for our colleagues in stores. If the times you’re available to work match closely but not exactly to the times advertised, we’d still love to hear from you. We offer a minimum of 12 guaranteed hours per week; if you prefer fewer hours (minimum 7.5), we have opportunities for this too.
