Typical outputs and deliverables include: Detailed and robust analysis of developers submissions to help determine the economic and efficient costs associated with the development and delivery of these projects. This will include comparing costs across different projects, undertaking detailed benchmarking analysis to inform and support our assessments, and helping to set appropriate incentives on project developers to manage their costs efficiently. Creative but also robust analysis of complex information that supports policy and decision-making. The ability to quickly review and draw conclusions from detailed cost and technical submissions.
