Cyber Security Portfolio Manager

Purpose of the Role

Decide on strategy for our Cyber Security Portfolio in consultation with the SolutionsPT Board.

Implement the strategy to achieve goals.

Provide guidance, e.g., campaigns, for SolutionsPT central marketing and overall leadership of the cyber security demand generation function.

Manage strategic customer relationships and opportunities as appropriate.

Handle business management aspects such as setting pricing policies, creating guidance documentation, and management reporting.

Recruit personnel and maintain a high-functioning team.

Liaise with suppliers on sales and commercial product management matters in cooperation with the SolutionsPT Board and central functions.

Support central functions and coordinate inter-departmental activities at SolutionsPT.

Key Accountability Outcomes

Note: Employees are expected to carry out other duties as reasonably required.

Financial Dimension

* Grow portfolio ACV sales volume
* Grow the portfolio ARR

Customer Dimension

* Achieve customer experience score targets
* Achieve a NRR of 105%
* Increase the number of significant customers

Product Dimension

* Maintain target gross margin
* Meet supplier goals as agreed
* Enhance cyber product sales with other SolutionsPT products
* Evolve and improve the cyber portfolio offering

People Dimension

* Achieve a staff satisfaction score of 4.2 on TinyPulse
* Ensure succession plans are in place at all levels where appropriate

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the cyber portfolio business, including planning and stakeholder management.
* Establish sales objectives through forecasting and quota development.
* Maintain sales volume and pricing by monitoring supply, demand, trends, and competitors.
* Adjust pricing and product mix as needed.
* Recruit, select, orient, and train team members.
* Direct sales activities and monitor team performance.
* Maintain professional knowledge through workshops, publications, and networking.
* Contribute to organizational goals as part of the sales management group.
* Coordinate with marketing for demand generation.

Professional Profile

Criteria

Qualifications (Essential/Desirable)

* Degree or equivalent
* B2B sales qualification or training
* MBA or equivalent experience

Knowledge & Experience (Essential/Desirable)

* 2+ years' managerial experience
* 3-5 years in B2B commercial environment
* Knowledge of industrial software or OT cyber security (Desirable)
* Experience with software resellers or cyber security software sales (Desirable)
