Bridging Finance Solicitor | London | £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
Bridging Finance Solicitor (PQE 1+) to join a Central London based property team with long term prospects on offer.
The Role:
The successful Bridging Finance Solicitor will be expected to:
\t
* Manage caseloads of residential and commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion.
\t
* Review title documentation, searches, contracts, and reports on title
\t
* Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, Lenders and other third parties
\t
* Ensure compliance with Anti Money Laundering and regulatory requirements
\t
* Identify and mitigate legal and transactional risks.
\t
* Maintain accurate case management records and meet completion deadlines
\t
* Draft & review loan agreements, debentures, personal guarantees, and security documentation
\t
* Liaise with Underwriters to satisfy pre-loan conditions as part of bridging transactions
\t
* Approach matters with both a risk-conscious and commercial view
About You:
\t
* Solicitor admitted in England & Wales - 1 years + PQE
\t
* Commercial and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
\t
* Keen to support and help grow a thriving Commercial Property practice
\t
* IT literate to include Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet applications
\t
* Ability to demonstrate commercial awareness and pro-activity
