Duties: * Act as the main point of contact for external organisations and internal stakeholders. * Ensure all events comply with health & safety, licensing, food hygiene, and college policies. * Monitor event finances, track revenue and expenses, and identify cost-saving or revenue opportunities. * Manage planning, logistics, and smooth delivery of college and external events. * Coordinate event timelines, production schedules, and budgets to ensure successful execution. * Oversee event promotion across digital, social media, web, and print channels. Skills Required: * Previous experience using Kinetics is essential * Strong written and verbal communications skills. * Good organisational and time management skills. * Sharp organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks. * Confidence with tech—Microsoft Office, emails * A positive, proactive attitude that shines in a fast-paced environment.
