Hays is recruiting a to join a leading facilities team covering Salisbury, Basingstoke, Alton, Yateley & Petersfield.
What you’ll do:
1. Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on plant, equipment and building services.
2. Service and fault-finding on air source heat pumps, plus basic plumbing tasks.
3. Electrical & mechanical work on three-phase systems (up to 440V), motors, gearboxes, hydraulics and pneumatics.
4. Use CAFM systems via mobile devices;plete RAMS and permits; liaise with site services.
5. Occasional overtime, including nights/weekends.
What you’ll bring:
6. Time-served apprenticeship or equivalent, C&G/NVQ Level 2+ in electrical/mechanical disciplines.
7. Strong multi-skilled ability and fault-finding skills.
8. Desirable: PLC diagnostics, contractor supervision, IPAF/Working at Height.
