The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a People and Culture Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be a key partner in shaping and enhancing our employee experience, supporting people strategies that drive engagement, development, and a positive workplace culture. You will provide expert advice and guidance on a range of HR and people-related matters, partnering closely with managers and employees to ensure best practice and compliance across all people initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and empathetic HR professional looking to make a meaningful impact within a supportive and innovative environment.
About You
We’re looking for a confident and approachable People and Culture professional who brings both empathy and expertise to their work. You’ll have a solid understanding of contemporary HR practices, coupled with a genuine commitment to supporting people and helping them thrive. You’ll have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust easily, approaching challenges with clarity, care, and integrity. With a proactive mindset and a natural ability to solve problems, you’ll be comfortable engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities
Provide expert HR and people-related guidance; partner with managers and staff to ensure best practice and compliance across people initiatives; support engagement, development, and positive workplace culture; act as a trusted advisor on a range of HR matters.
Requirements
The successful candidate must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle. This post is subject to an enhanced check by the Disclosure & Barring Services (DBS), paid for by P3.
