The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our growing product and engineering team. If you’re passionate about crafting high-quality software, enjoy mentoring others, and want to make a big impact on real products — this role is for you.
As a senior engineer, you’ll lead by example across the full development lifecycle — from writing clean, scalable code to shaping architecture, integrating third-party systems, and supporting a culture of technical excellence. You’ll collaborate with product and design teams to deliver intuitive, powerful features that drive business value and delight users.
Job Requirements
What You Bring
* Proven experience in fullstack development, ideally within SaaS or complex web-based platforms.
* Expert-level proficiency in Laravel, PHP, and strong front-end development skills in Vue.js, HTML and CSS frameworks.
* A solid grasp of AWS cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
* Experience working with MySQL/Aurora, secure API development, and third-party integrations.
* A test-driven mindset, with practical experience using testing frameworks and writing reliable, clean code.
* Experience working in agile teams with tools like Jira, Git, and structured delivery pipelines.
* Great communication and collaboration skills — you value feedback, share knowledge freely, and thrive in a team setting.
* A passion for building impactful products and mentoring others to grow their skills and confidence.
Qualifications
A degree in Computer Science or a related field is a plus — but if you’ve got the experience and the skills, we want to hear from you either way.
Job Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing
* Deliver high-quality, scalable features across our platform using PHP (Laravel), JavaScript (Vue.js), HTML, and CSS (SASS, Tailwind).
* Lead on architecture decisions and contribute to platform evolution with a focus on performance, security and long-term maintainability.
* Collaborate with product, design and QA teams to ship meaningful features, fast — with an unwavering focus on quality and accessibility.
* Mentor and support junior engineers, lead code reviews, and contribute to a culture of learning and excellence.
* Expand and maintain integrations with third-party systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, Xero, SSO, Google Analytics, and GTM.
* Drive automated testing and CI/CD workflows using tools like PHPUnit, PHPStan, and Selenium.
* Play an active role in agile ceremonies, providing estimates, unblocking challenges, and helping the team deliver sprint goals.
* Keep up with new tools and practices in the industry, sharing ideas and driving innovation within the team.
