Beyond the initial conversations, you will nurture client relationships at different stages of their financial journey, providing updates, maintaining engagement, and ensuring each client feels informed, supported, and valued.

* Needs Assessment: Engage with potential clients to understand their financial goals and reasons for seeking advice.

* Collaboration: Work closely with the client experience and adviser teams to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional service.
* Client Education: Clearly explain the services in simple terms, helping clients understand the benefits of regulated financial advice.
