Location: Chelmsford and surrounding areas
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday

The successful candidate will hold a full UK Driving Licence, as you will be required to drive company vehicle to various sites in Essex.
Your duties will include:
* General cleaning
* Occasional deep cleaning
* Mopping and litter-picking
* Dealing with any spillages
* Use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
* Confident interaction with clients and members of the public, dealing with any enquiries
Key Skills & Qualities needed:
* Experience working within a commercial cleaning environment
* Flexible and willing to learn procedures
* General Cleaning experience, specifically cleaning experience in the social housing sector
* A highly motivated individual
* Ability to work well within our team as well as to work unsupervised
* Excellent customer service skills
* Driving licence essential
