Salary: £40,800 - 40,800 per year Requirements: 8–10 years hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 in enterprise environments. Strong expertise across: Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Intune, Entra ID, M365 Security & Compliance (Purview/Defender). Proficient in PowerShell and automation. Solid SMTP, mail flow, and EOP troubleshooting skills (spam/virus filtering, connectors, rules). Good understanding of DNS, firewalls, proxies, ports, and other M365-related network fundamentals. Experience with SharePoint Admin and Power BI Admin. Familiarity with Microsoft Graph / APIs / Power Platform (desirable). Acts as 3rd-line SME escalation for complex M365 issues. Skilled in configuration, monitoring, tuning, and operational support of M365 services. Able to translate business needs into effective technical solutions. Provides best-practice guidance, roadmap insights, and service improvements. Experienced in managing major incidents, escalations, and ITIL processes (especially Problem & Change Management). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (good-to-have). Ability to explain complex technical concepts simply and clearly (good-to-have). Strong documentation, governance, and analytical skills (good-to-have). Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in a rapidly evolving cloud environment (good-to-have).
