We are looking for
an experienced Rota Co-ordinator to lead and manage a Band 4 Rota Co-ordinator in Surgery Division.
The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support and leadership for the production and running of rotas for junior medical staff, ensuring rotas are completed, updated and publicised in line with required timescales, highlighting any requirements for locum cover in a timely manner. You will be responsible for producing data and reporting on the effectiveness of the rotas, ensuring all absence is recorded accurately and in a timely manner. Provide line management and leadership to the a Band 4 Rota Co-ordinator
To oversee the production and maintenance of junior doctor on call rotas for the Division of Surgery, ensuring that they are compliant with EWTD and New Deal regulations and that they are equitable for all staff.
To oversee the design, production and monitoring of new medical rota templates, when required, ensuring compliance with EWTD, New Deal regulations and bandings.
To oversee an annual review, with Medical HR, of all medical rotas to ensure continued compliance with EWTD and New Deal regulations
