Your Role
As a Freezer Warehouse Operative, you’ll work in a large freezer with temperatures dipping to -25℃. Don’t worry about the chill; we prioritize your safety and provide full thermal gear. If you thrive in the cold, this is the perfect job for you!
You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that every one of our 60,000 weekly orders is accurate, undamaged, and delivered on time.
Flexible Shift Options
We operate a 24-hour warehouse, so whether you’re an early bird or a night owl, we have shifts that fit your lifestyle:
* Daytime: 5 am – 3 pm (4 days on, 3 days off)
* Nighttime: 7 pm – 5 am (4 nights on, 3 nights off)
What We Offer
* Starting Salary: £13.01 per hour (including a freezer premium)
* Night Shift Premium: +£2.50 per hour (22:00-06:00)
* Overtime: Paid at 1.25x basic rate
