We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Account Director to lead our efforts in delivering exceptional complex care services, with a specialized focus on spinal injuries. As the Account Director, you will be instrumental in building and nurturing client relationships, driving growth, and ensuring the highest standards of care.
Responsibilities : Market Development
* In conjunction with the Managing Director, develop brand awareness for Libertatem through creation of marketing materials, thought leadership and networking.
* To ensure presence at conferences and other training events to ensure we are positioned as a high-quality specialist provider.
New account development
* To increase the number of case managers we work with through networking and development of long-term relationships.
Client Relationship Leadership :
* Oversee and cultivate strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor in the field of complex care for spinal injuries.
* Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique needs and align our services accordingly.
Strategic Account Management :
* Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
* Drive growth through identifying new opportunities and expanding our presence within the complex care landscape for spinal injuries.
Service Excellence and Optimization :
o Lead efforts to optimize service delivery, working collaboratively with clinical teams to ensure tailored care solutions meet the specific needs of spinal injury patients.
o Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance overall client satisfaction.
Contractual Oversight :
o Manage complex contracts with a focus on spinal injury care, ensuring compliance, profitability, and client satisfaction.
o Proactively address any contractual issues and work towards mutually beneficial solutions.
