Responsibilities
* run shifts and work unsupervised to achieve the following daily:
* excellent customer service
* serving food to the correct specification, while achieving food-delivery-time targets at all times
* adhering to all Wetherspoon standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies, to maintain a clean, safe and legal workplace
* As a kitchen shift manager, you will run shifts and work unsupervised to achieve the following daily:

* working with the kitchen manager to:
* forecast sales and associated costs
* review and manage all aspects of the profit and loss account
* maximise sales opportunities

* starting salary of £29,501, increasing after training to £30,225

The Role
* delivering high standards in all areas: cleanliness, product quality, customer service, maintenance and atmosphere
* complying with company operating standards and legislation, dealing with customers, administration and, once trained, cash management
* prioritising tasks, delegating and problem-solving
* working on a variety of shifts across the week (including front of house)
* taking responsibility in achieving all financial targets set for the kitchen, by taking proactive steps to build sales and control costs
* working with the kitchen manager to:
o forecast sales and associated costs
o review and manage all aspects of the profit and loss account
o maximise sales opportunities
