With a strong emphasis on work-life balance, the firm offers a collaborative atmosphere where employees are valued and supported.The RoleThe successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the tax team, handling a range of tax responsibilities with minimal supervision. This is very much a client-facing role, requiring excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. Key responsibilities include:
* Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their tax needs are met efficiently and effectively.* Personal Tax Management: Prepare and process 400-500 personal tax returns with accuracy and compliance.* Corporate Tax Management: Collaborate with team members to manage approximately 350 CT600s.* P11D Processing: Assist with P11D submissions, ensuring all statutory requirements are met.* Payroll Support: Provide coverage for payroll processing during staff holidays.You will be working alongside two other tax professionals, collectively managing the portfolio
