A client of ours in the Chelmsford area are recruiting a Sales Team Leader to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Thursday 9.00am - 5.30pm and Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm. Paying £30,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience.
You'll help build the team, drive results, and inspire those around you.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
1. Build, lead & mentor a sales team
2. Help hire people and coach them to success
3. Take ownership of team performance - lead from the front
4. Manage key client accounts and drive upsell opportunities
5. Collaborate across teams (Marketing, Ops, Finance) to support growth
6. Report on team KPIs weekly, monthly, and quarterly
7. Attend trade shows & industry events
8. Create campaigns & strategies that boost visibility and engagement
9. Use CRM tools to keep sales performance on point
10. Shape the future of our sales strategy with the leadership team
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Sales Team Leader position:
11. A solid track record in tech sales or B2B leadership essential
12. Experience building or leading a sales team
13. Strong communication, negotiation, and coaching skills
14. A passion for helping people grow
15. Growth mindset
16. A full UK driving licence
