Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Utilise various channels to identify and attract potential candidates Assist with conducting initial screenings to assess candidate suitability for specific roles. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs Collaborate with clients to define job requirements and specifications Provide regular updates and feedback to clients throughout the recruitment process Job Posting and Marketing: Create compelling job descriptions and advertisements Utilise social media and other platforms to market job opportunities and attract candidates Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients Prepare candidates for interviews and provide feedback afterwards Administrative Support: Assist in the preparation of contracts, offers, and other necessary documentation Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company's database The training you will be getting As a Business Administration Apprentice with BPP, you will undertake the Business Administrator Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship.
