• Experienced Forest School Level 3 Practitioner
• Unqualified Forest School Practitioner who is willing to complete the Level 3
• Experience of working within education setting - Essential
• SEND and SEHM experience - Desirable

The Role: Depending on experience, our team members will lead or support delivering outdoor learning and Forest School sessions that enhance the curriculum.
Who are we looking for?
* Loves working with children
* Understands the values of Outdoor Learning and Forest School
* Is patient and understanding, especially with children who struggle to regulate emotions
* Can motivate children and staff in adverse weather conditions
* Enjoys the smell of campfires
* Can 'in the moment' plan and dynamically assess risks
* Is willing to provide 1:1 support during holiday clubs
* Notices when children need extra support or someone to listen
* Supports behaviour needs positively and calmly
* Works independently and as part of a small team
* Can keep up physically with children all day
* Loves learning about children’s interests to engage them
* Is comfortable holding insects and worms or at least pretends to be okay
