Your main responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the forecourt and retail store
* Manage, coach, and develop a team of staff to deliver outstanding service
* Ensure health & safety, security, and compliance with all operational standards
* Monitor stock levels, fuel deliveries, and merchandising displays
* Drive sales growth and profitability through effective promotions and upselling
* Handle cash management, banking, and financial reporting
* Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
* Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across the site
About You
* Previous experience in a retail, forecourt, or convenience store management role
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Commercially aware with a focus on sales and profit
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
* Good understanding of health & safety regulations
