We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant at Southampton Solent University. This role is all about delivering excellent service to students, staff, and visitors while supporting both front and back-of-house operations.
What You’ll Do
* Provide outstanding customer service across food and retail services
* Support basic food preparation and service of menu items
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all working areas
* Ensure health, safety, and food safety standards are followed at all times
* Work closely with the kitchen and restaurant team to deliver a smooth and efficient service

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm
