Location: Heathfield Primary and Nursery School – vacancy is at the Kersall Drive Campus for this academic year.
We are looking to appoint a highly motivated teacher to work with us to make a significant contribution to the future achievement and continued successes of Heathfield. The successful candidate will need relevant experience of teaching and learning in EYFS and the necessary skills to support the improving outcomes for all pupils.
At Heathfield you will find a dedicated staff team who work very closely together to ensure pupils are well looked after, in a safe environment with a vibrant ethos that is highly conducive to learning.
We are looking to appoint a EYFS Teacher who:
•has solid knowledge of the Early Years and its importance in equipping children for their next stage in learning
•is committed, energetic and creative
•is a positive role model for children, parents and colleagues at all times
•is willing to exemplify the school’s vision and aims to support all pupils to ‘Thrive Together’
•is a strong team player
•can model and demonstrate high-quality interactions with pupils to support their progress; addressing misconceptions quickly
•is willing to go the extra mile to ensure our pupils have rich, positive and engaging learning experiences
•has experience of leading the learning of children from a range of contexts
