from within the fire door manufacturing industry
to join our team and help implement our systems across the UK.
This is a career move for someone who understands:
• How timber doorsets are constructed
• Factory production workflows
• Estimating and technical specifications
• The realities of compliance-driven manufacturing
• The pressures production teams face daily
You will:
Implement and configure systems for fire door manufacturers
Deliver structured training to estimators, production teams and managers
Support customers in improving accuracy, efficiency and process control
Work with our development team to shape future fire door tools
This is not an entry-level support role.
We're looking for someone experienced — perhaps currently a Production Manager, Estimator, Technical Manager, Compliance Lead or CNC Programmer — who wants to step into a broader, industry-wide role.
