This role covers both our Maldon and South Woodham Ferrers Specsavers locations. We are looking for a real team player who can keep things running smoothly on the shop floor while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

To succeed in this role, you should have a BSc (HONS) in Ophthalmic Dispensing and a strong understanding of optics and audiology customer journeys. Excellent listening and communication skills, a passion for providing top-notch customer service, and being a great team player are essential.
