Office Manager - Mildenhall
Full-Time | Mon-Fri | 8am-5pm
£30,000-£40,000 DOE
Temp to Perm Opportunity

We're working with a fantastic client in Mildenhall who's looking for an experienced Office Manager to join their team! Reporting to the General Manager, key duties include but are not limited to:

1. Oversee the smooth and efficient functioning of the head office environment.
2. Coordinate with facilities, IT support, and maintenance teams to handle maintenance and resolve issues.
3. Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory levels.
4. Organise meeting room reservations and support the planning of company events.
5. Act as the first point of contact for visitors
6. Manage incoming calls and emails dealing with customer enquiries
7. Maintain customer records and databases
8. Assist sales team with quotes, order processing and follow-ups.
9. Liaise with internal departments
10. Prepare reports/presentations
11. Assist HR with onboarding
12. Provide diary management and support to senior leadership

Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Office Manager position:

13. Proven experience within a similar role essential to be considered
14. Highly organised
15. Experience in using ERP/CRM systems
16. Excellent communication skills
17. Experience in using Google Workspace
18. Experience within the manufacturing and production industry desirable
