We’re growing our warehouse team in Thatcham and looking for hardworking Warehouse Operatives to support our busy M&S operation.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced chilled warehouse environment where you’ll play an important part in keeping products moving safely and efficiently through the supply chain.

Shift & Pay Details
1. 40 hours per week
2. Any 5 from 7
3. 16:00-00:00 or 18:00-02:30
4. Pay rate per hour £12.73 plus unsocial premium

What You’ll Be Doing
16. Loading and unloading vehicles
17. Picking and scanning stock using voice technology
18. Moving goods through the warehouse from intake to dispatch
19. Working safely and efficiently in a chilled warehouse environment
20. Following health & safety procedures at all times
21. Maintaining accuracy and productivity standards
22. Working as part of a busy warehouse team
Full PPE is provided.
What We’re Looking For
Previous warehouse experience is preferred, ideally within a fast-paced or chilled environment, although full training will be provided.
